为了提高应急救援的效率,通过引入 Holonic 系统建模的思想,构建了虚拟应急物流协同体系。在此基础上,考虑到应急物流高可靠性的特征,以及构造复杂系统可靠性指标和参数间解析表达式的困难性,利用基于贝叶斯网络对其体系结构进行可靠性分析。最后,实例分析了该协同体系的合理性和科学性。
為瞭提高應急救援的效率,通過引入 Holonic 繫統建模的思想,構建瞭虛擬應急物流協同體繫。在此基礎上,攷慮到應急物流高可靠性的特徵,以及構造複雜繫統可靠性指標和參數間解析錶達式的睏難性,利用基于貝葉斯網絡對其體繫結構進行可靠性分析。最後,實例分析瞭該協同體繫的閤理性和科學性。

In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue,the construction of virtual emer-gency logistics coordination system is developed based on the introduction of Holonic system modeling theory.On that basis,the reliability of above mentioned system structure is analyzed based on the Bayesian network considering the characteristics of high reliability of emergency lo-gistics and the difficulty of constructing complex system reliability indices and analytical expres-sions of parameters.Finally,a case study has been carried out in order to testify validity,obj ectivi-ty and applicability of this system structure by calculation.
