《鹦鹉的故事》是一部历史悠久的连环性穿插式的故事汇编，它源于古印度故事集《鹦鹉故事72则》。1992年，新疆古籍办研究人员尼加提?穆合力斯和艾合买提?依米提在两个察合台文献的《鹦鹉故事书》的基础上整理出版了维文版的《鹦鹉的故事》，关于这一版本没多少人研究。这一故事集作为来自印度的《鹦鹉故事72则》，探究我国新疆与印度文化交流是具有重要意义。本文从文学母题入角，对《鹦鹉的故事》的求子母题、复仇母题、背板母题以及考验母题等母题类型进行了较为深入地论述，就其深层含义进一步剖析，提出了自己的理论思考与观点。

“parrot’s Story” is a long history of comic-style story interspersed compilation of stories from ancient India “parrot story 72 .” In 1992 ,Xinjiang ancient books do together researchers Nijat Muhlis and Ahemat Himit in “parrot story book”based on the consolidation of two Chagatai literature published Uighur version of“parrot story ”about this version is not much studied .This collection of stories as “parrot Story 72” from India to explore China’s Xinjiang cultural exchanges with India is of great significance .
