为了了解城乡维吾尔族中小学生的身体形态发展状况,以及城乡之间存在的差异及其原因,采用分层随机整群抽样调查方法,于2010年和2012年对新疆和田地区14400名维吾尔族中小学生的身体形态指标进行研究.结果表明：维吾尔族中小学生身体形态指标均随年龄增长而增长；2012年与2010年相比,身高、体重和胸围的大部分年龄段的指标继续呈现增长趋势,但腰围指标绝大部分年龄段都呈负增长趋势；城市与乡村相比,总体上城市男女生身体形态指标高于乡村男女生,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01),说明仍然存在城乡差距.对此,应采取措施改善乡村中小学生的生活方式,尽可能缩小城乡之间的差别,从而增强维吾尔族中小学生的体质健康水平.

To reveal the body development situation and its differences between rural and urban Uygur students in primary and secondary schools,the body shape index of 14 400 Uygur students was analyzed by using the stratified cluster sampling method on the Xinjiang Hotan in 2010 and 2012.The results showed that the index of height,weight and chest size increased with the age growth for most of the age group, however,the waist circumference index gave a negative growth trend with the age growth.Comparing of the body shape index between the urban and rural students indicated that the overall levels of urban boys and girls were higher than rural boys and girls significantly(P <0.05,P <0.01).
