对中原经济区农村劳动力转移现状的实证分析发现，当前农村劳动力转移呈现出省内转移数量超过省外转移、向中部地区转移数量增长迅速、转向中小城市的数量持续增加、转向第三产业人数超越第二产业等特征。对中原经济区农村劳动力转移与“三化”协调发展的内在机制分析表明，可通过提高城镇工业化水平、加速农民市民化进程和拓展农业内部转移渠道三方面促进农村劳动力的有序转移。
對中原經濟區農村勞動力轉移現狀的實證分析髮現，噹前農村勞動力轉移呈現齣省內轉移數量超過省外轉移、嚮中部地區轉移數量增長迅速、轉嚮中小城市的數量持續增加、轉嚮第三產業人數超越第二產業等特徵。對中原經濟區農村勞動力轉移與“三化”協調髮展的內在機製分析錶明，可通過提高城鎮工業化水平、加速農民市民化進程和拓展農業內部轉移渠道三方麵促進農村勞動力的有序轉移。

An empirical analysis on the current transfer situation of rural labor force in the Central Plains Economic Zone found that the transfers present a number of features, including the numbers transferring to Henan province more than those of the other provinces, those to the central region increasing dramatically, those to small and medium cities growing continuously, those to the tertiary industry beyond the second industry. The analysis on the internal mechanism between Central Plains Economic Zone’ s rural labor force transfer and the three coordinated development shows that the orderly transfer of rural labor force can be promoted in the following three ways, as prompting the level of urban industrialization, accelerating the process of farmers to be citizen, expanding agricultural internal transfer channels.
