针对永磁体理论研究及产品实际检测的需要,设计了一种自动化截面磁通测量系统,该系统中的 PLC 运动控制系统,机械装置及测磁线圈均经过专门设计;通过实际联机测试,并使用三维有限元仿真方法,提取磁通值,对比该系统的测量数据。结果表明,该测试系统可以测量电磁机构中常见的圆柱形永磁体截面磁通值,并可实现自动化编程测试,可达到较高的测量精度。

For the need of theoretical research and actual test on permanent magnet,this paper designs a system which can measure the section flux of permanent magnet automatically.The PLC control sys-tem,mechanical device and the flux measure coil of the system is specially designed.An actual measure-ment and a 3D finite element simulation of a cylindrical permanent magnet have been done.The result of simulation and test is contrasted and analyzed,and shows that the measurement system can measure the permanent magnet's section flux automatically through programming,and have a high accuracy.
