通过2001-2013年的文献研究，回顾总结我国医疗不良事件报告系统（ Adverse Events Reporting System ，简称AERS系统）发展。分析不良事件报告过程中的影响因素，了解不良事件上报系统在医院各科室中的应用效果。分析不良事件报告系统的客观要求及发展方向，为提高不良事件报告率提出建议，为完善不良事件上报系统奠定基础。

The progress of Chinese Adverse Event Reporting System was summarized with literature re-search from 2001 to 2013 , and the influence factors of it were analyzed to learn the application status of it in hospi-tals.At last, the requirements to promote the development of adverse event reporting system were discussed , and the related advices were proposed .
