目的：探索运用多种干预措施，遏制本院药品费用过快增长，降低药占比指标。方法通过构建科主任负责制的监管体系，实施药品用量异常预警制度等措施加强合理用药监管。结果本院药占比指标呈逐年下降趋势，临床不合理用药现象得以改善。结论随着医药卫生体制改革的深入发展，医院管理者应重视运用多种干预措施，促进合理用药水平提升。
목적：탐색운용다충간예조시，알제본원약품비용과쾌증장，강저약점비지표。방법통과구건과주임부책제적감관체계，실시약품용량이상예경제도등조시가강합리용약감관。결과본원약점비지표정축년하강추세，림상불합리용약현상득이개선。결론수착의약위생체제개혁적심입발전，의원관리자응중시운용다충간예조시，촉진합리용약수평제승。
Objectives A series of executive measures were taken to decrease drug cost proportion of total cost by strengthening pharmacy administration .Methods It is crucial to establish a serial of relatively feasible and long-term management mechanism to standardize the rational medication , which includes: implementing director responsibility evaluation system , developing an extraordinary medication warning system of dynamic management . Results Through the implementation of these measures , the drug cost proportion of the hospital presented a decli-ning trend year by year .Conclusion Following the in-depth development of the national medical and health sys-tems reform, the hospital administrators should take some efficient measures to promote the quality of medication .
