本文分析严寒条件下卫勤保障存在的主要问题，在保障方法层面，结合医院卫勤保障实践，提出衔接保障、聚焦保障、多法保障、融合保障四种保障方法；在训练方法层面，针对训练内容，提出集中统训、编组分训、统分结合、集成合练四种训练方式。
본문분석엄한조건하위근보장존재적주요문제，재보장방법층면，결합의원위근보장실천，제출함접보장、취초보장、다법보장、융합보장사충보장방법；재훈련방법층면，침대훈련내용，제출집중통훈、편조분훈、통분결합、집성합련사충훈련방식。
The main problems were analyzed of the medical support under severe cold condition .Based on the hospital medical support practice ,four support methods were put forward as the connection support ,the focusing on support ,the multi-ways support and the integration support .Meanwhile , four training forms were put forward as the centralized training ,group training ,combination of centralization and decentralization ,and integrated training .
