为了探究矿用挖掘式装载机铲斗铲取散体煤岩过程随机载荷的性质及其特征,通过合理的假设与简化,把铲斗的载荷看作是沿斗齿切向、法向和侧向三向阻力的合成,用威尔分布的随机过程结合确定型分析方法建立了铲斗的法向阻力模型,用双参数法建立了铲斗的侧向阻力模型,用联合分布随机信号法建立了铲斗的切向阻力模型.以国产某型矿用挖掘式装载机为例,利用M atlab模拟得到了铲斗铲取散体煤岩的随机载荷,并分析了其特征.研究表明,矿用挖掘式装载机铲斗铲取散体煤岩的载荷具有明显的随机性,波动很大,而且各向阻力达到最大值的位置不同:其工作臂正向工作时,法向阻力在铲取角为2.5628°时达到最大,为5.7×106 N ,侧向阻力规律不明显;当铲取角等于39.950°时,切向阻力的均值最大,为2.9×106 N ;法向阻力最大值是切向阻力最大值的2倍;而铲取载荷在铲取角为22.628°时最大,为5.8×106 N .所做的研究为矿用挖掘式装载机工作载荷的确定提供了一种方法,为其工况分析提供了参考。

In order to study properties and characteristics of random loading on a mining backhoe loader-bucket during scooping granular coal and rock ,the load on bucket was regarded as the re-sistance superposition of tangential ,normal and lateral through reasonable assumptions and sim-plification .Normal resistance model of bucket was established by using Weibull distribution and deterministic analysis . Lateral resistance model was established by using the two-parameter method .Tangential resistance model was established by using joint distribution and random sig-nal method .Taking a domestic underground mining loader as the research object ,random loads of bucket were obtained by using MATLAB when the bucket cut in granular coal and rock ,and the characteristics of random loads were analyzed .The results showed that the loads were obvi-ously random and volatile ,and the position of cutting angle of each resistance was different when they reached the maximum resistance .As the loader excavating arm working forward ,the normal resistance reached its maximum value of 5 .7 × 106 N when the cutting angle was 2 .5628° but the lateral resistance had no obvious rule .The tangential resistance reached its maximum value of 2.8 × 106 N when the cutting angle was 39 .950° .The maximum of normal resistance was 2 times the maximum of tangential resistance .The cutting load reached its maximum value of 5 .9 × 106 N when cutting angle was 22 .628° .The study provides a method of determining loads of the mining backhoe loader-bucket and lays the foundation for analyzing its working conditions .
