一体化路径的确立是珠三角直面现实的方向性选择，也是珠三角深谋远虑的战略性决断。比较分析珠海、中山、江门三市的特色经济产业和优势，可以发现要将三市做强就应打破现有的行政壁垒、纠偏利益导向，实现资源有效配置，从而形成优势互补提升三市的核心竞争力。
一體化路徑的確立是珠三角直麵現實的方嚮性選擇，也是珠三角深謀遠慮的戰略性決斷。比較分析珠海、中山、江門三市的特色經濟產業和優勢，可以髮現要將三市做彊就應打破現有的行政壁壘、糾偏利益導嚮，實現資源有效配置，從而形成優勢互補提升三市的覈心競爭力。

The establishment of integration path is both a choice of direction directly facing with reality in Pearl River Delta and a strategic resolution farsightedly thought for the development of the Pearl River Delta. The paper, based on the analysis of the demands for HR in the integrated economy and industry of Zhuhai, Zhong shan and Jiangmen as well as the comparison of their characteristic local economy, industry and advantages of the three cities, probes into how to break away with the present administrative barriers, rectify biased interest orientation and realize effective allocation of resources so as to raise the three cities’ core competitiveness by building a bigger and stronger economy.
