通过抗衰物质SOD、POD、脯氨酸,营养物质蛋白质、黄酮、Vc,糖类物质还原糖、可溶性糖、总糖的含量变化,对鲜芒果的果实发育大小、着色、逆境、保鲜的动态变化进行了研究,结果表明:1)SOD各状态下活性低、变化小;还原糖除保鲜外其他3种状态下也含量低、变化小;蛋白质在发育和保鲜状态下含量低、变化小。2)其他抗衰、营养、糖类指标在不同的状态下均是或高或低、或强或弱的波动与激烈变化,并呈现各具特点的规律。
通過抗衰物質SOD、POD、脯氨痠,營養物質蛋白質、黃酮、Vc,糖類物質還原糖、可溶性糖、總糖的含量變化,對鮮芒果的果實髮育大小、著色、逆境、保鮮的動態變化進行瞭研究,結果錶明:1)SOD各狀態下活性低、變化小;還原糖除保鮮外其他3種狀態下也含量低、變化小;蛋白質在髮育和保鮮狀態下含量低、變化小。2)其他抗衰、營養、糖類指標在不同的狀態下均是或高或低、或彊或弱的波動與激烈變化,併呈現各具特點的規律。
통과항쇠물질SOD、POD、포안산,영양물질단백질、황동、Vc,당류물질환원당、가용성당、총당적함량변화,대선망과적과실발육대소、착색、역경、보선적동태변화진행료연구,결과표명:1)SOD각상태하활성저、변화소;환원당제보선외기타3충상태하야함량저、변화소;단백질재발육화보선상태하함량저、변화소。2)기타항쇠、영양、당류지표재불동적상태하균시혹고혹저、혹강혹약적파동여격렬변화,병정현각구특점적규률。
Through researching the content changes of anti-aging substances like SOD, POD, proline, nutrients like protein, flavonoids, VC, and carbohydrate like soluble sugar, reducing sugar, total sugar, dynamic changes of fresh mango fruit development in size, color, adversity and keeping fresh were studied, the results show:(1) under different conditions SOD has low activities, small changes. Reducing sugar also has low content and small changes under other three states except preservation. In development and preservation condition, protein has low content and small changes. (2) Other anti-aging substances, nutrients, carbohydrates fluctuate and change drastically and present the characteristics of regulations.
