泰禾城市广场-办公楼屋面高度144.5m,为B级高度的超高层建筑,其结构体系为框架核心筒结构,在88.5m处有弱连接的空中连廊,结合建筑钻石造型,结构二个角部无角柱,角部悬挑跨度最大有8.2m。根据工程上述特点,本论文阐述了此超限高层的抗震、抗风和基础设计,采用二种不同力学模型对主体结构进行静力对比分析、弹性时程分析、地震性能化分析,对越层柱采用线性屈曲稳定分析方法确定计算长度系数,以及对大跨悬挑结构增加竖向地震作用分析,对分析中发现的薄弱环节提出相应的加强措施。

Thaihe City Square Office is a super class B high -rise building of 144 .5 meters high , with frame-concrete core wall structure system, which has a weak connection air corridor at 88.5 meters.There are no corner columns at two corners with diamond -shaped con-struction span up to 8.2 meters.According to the characteristics of the project , this paper expounds the design of the earthquake resist-ance , wind resistance and the foundation .Then the structure is analyzed by the static analysis , the elastic time-history analysis , the seis-mic performances analysis based on two different dynamics models , and the linear buckling stability analysis method is used to determine the effective length factor of the more layers column , and that the vertical earthquake analysis is added to analyze the large cantilever struc -ture.The corresponding strengthening measures are adopted on the weak positions which are found out by analyzing .
