Introduce the basic principle and the process of cutting touch panel glass in the production of touch screen. Analyze the factors which affect the quality of cutting TP glass, such as the material of scribing wheel, tooth shape, tooth number, angle and the pressure of cutter. The process of cutting 0.7 mm thick TP glass are made based on the analysis, and verified by experiments. Finally, some cutting quality defects and the corresponding countermeasures are listed.
