采用硝酸-氢氟酸-盐酸体系微波消解土壤并结合On-Guard II H柱去除消解液中重金属,原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷。本方法前处理操作过程简单、省时、省力、酸用量少,砷的加标回收率为94.4%~105.6%,能够满足环境监测分析的要求。
採用硝痠-氫氟痠-鹽痠體繫微波消解土壤併結閤On-Guard II H柱去除消解液中重金屬,原子熒光光譜法測定土壤中的砷。本方法前處理操作過程簡單、省時、省力、痠用量少,砷的加標迴收率為94.4%~105.6%,能夠滿足環境鑑測分析的要求。

Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid system was applied to digest soil in microwave. Arsenic was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after the On -guard II H column was used to removal other heavy metals in the digestion solution.This method is simple to conduct the pre-treatment process and saves time and human resources with fewer doses of acids.The recovery rate was 94.4%to 105.6%that could reach the monitoring requirements.
