通过田间实验,研究了在高浓度Pb (2000mg/kg)胁迫下,25个玉米品种生长、产量变化及根、茎叶和籽粒Pb含量的差异。结果表明:在同一污染条件下,25个玉米品种生长对Pb的响应存在显著差异;不同品种根、茎叶和籽粒对Pb吸收、累积及分配能力存在显著差异,分配规律为:根>茎叶>籽粒;通过聚类分析获得对Pb耐性较高的品种6个、籽粒Pb低积累的品种6个;综合分析,最终筛选出寻单7号为Pb低累积品种。

통과전간실험,연구료재고농도Pb (2000mg/kg)협박하,25개옥미품충생장、산량변화급근、경협화자립Pb함량적차이。결과표명:재동일오염조건하,25개옥미품충생장대Pb적향응존재현저차이;불동품충근、경협화자립대Pb흡수、루적급분배능력존재현저차이,분배규률위:근>경협>자립;통과취류분석획득대Pb내성교고적품충6개、자립Pb저적루적품충6개;종합분석,최종사선출심단7호위Pb저루적품충。
A field experiment was carried out to study differences ofgrowth and cumulative ability of lead in each or-gan among 25 Zea mays cultivars.The experiment aimed to compare corn cultivars that are low in lead accumula-tion.The results showed that significant differences of the ability of absorption,accumulation,and distribution for each organ of the 25 Zea mays with the same pollution condition of cultivars were found.The content of lead in dif-ferent parts of maize was root>leaf and stem>seed.Cluster analysis of lead concentrations in comprehensive re-sponse index and grain showed that 6 cultivars were found accumulating the lowest lead.Xundan7 as genotypes with low cumulative lead varieties was selected out.
