“中国梦”的实现需要动力之源，其动力的主体是人民群众。在新的时代，要实现“中国梦”即中华民族的伟大复兴，实现“中国梦”的主体，必须顺应时代的潮流，要“作新民”，即必须完成“两化”即“化理论为方法，化理论为德性”的途径与步骤，只有这样，才能实现中华民族的“伟大复兴”即实现“中国梦”。
“中國夢”的實現需要動力之源，其動力的主體是人民群衆。在新的時代，要實現“中國夢”即中華民族的偉大複興，實現“中國夢”的主體，必鬚順應時代的潮流，要“作新民”，即必鬚完成“兩化”即“化理論為方法，化理論為德性”的途徑與步驟，隻有這樣，纔能實現中華民族的“偉大複興”即實現“中國夢”。
“중국몽”적실현수요동력지원，기동력적주체시인민군음。재신적시대，요실현“중국몽”즉중화민족적위대복흥，실현“중국몽”적주체，필수순응시대적조류，요“작신민”，즉필수완성“량화”즉“화이론위방법，화이론위덕성”적도경여보취，지유저양，재능실현중화민족적“위대복흥”즉실현“중국몽”。
The realization of Chinese Dream needs the source of power, the subject of which is the Masses. In the new era, in order to realize the “Chinese Dream”, that is, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and in order realize the subject of the“Chinese Dream”, we must comply with the trends of the times. To“renovate people”, we must complete the routes and steps of“to change theo-ries into methods, to transform theories into virtues”. Only in this way, can we realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, that is, the“Chinese Dream”.
