对于电厂燃煤的非单一性以及不确定性,提出了采用多目标决策方法(TOPSIS 法)综合评价混煤方案。该方法针对8种预选混煤方案,以灰分、挥发分、着火温度、发热量、价格和灰熔点为性能指标构造决策矩阵,同时利用信息熵确定性能指标权重,得出加权标准决策矩阵,确定最理想指标加权值集合与最不理想指标加权值集合,最后利用预选方案与正负理想解的接近程度的测度来判断预选方案的优劣,产生8个混煤方案完全序的偏好排序。按照最佳混煤配比方案(7号方案)进行了混煤燃烧试验,效果良好。

Due to the non-uniqueness and uncertainty of coal in power plants,the multi-obj ective decision-making (TOPSIS)method was put forward to evaluate the coal blending scheme compre-hensively.Against eight coal mixing schemes,this method regarded six parameters (ash content, volatile content,ignition temperature,calorific value,price and ash fusion point)as ther perform-ance indexes to construct the decision matrix,and ascertained the performance indexex'weight by applying informational entropy.Then,the weighted standard decision matrix was built,and the most ideal index's weighted value set and the most un-ideal index's weighted value set were ob-tained.Finally,the result of comprehensive evaluation of eight coal blending schemes was pro-duced by the conj ecture of close degree between the preliminary schemes and the positive-negative ideal weighted value.
