循环水排污水水质复杂,对其直接进行反渗透脱盐处理时容易造成反渗透膜污堵、结垢,降低反渗透性能.为此,采用混凝-软化工艺对其进行处理,并比较不同软化工艺的软化效果.结果表明:采用传统石灰和碳酸钠工艺处理时软化效果较差;采用氢氧化钠和碳酸钠复配软化处理的技术经济性最佳,在二者加药剂量均为250 mg/L时,处理后出水 Ca2+、Mg2+分别为0.85、2.44 mmol/L,有机磷为0.73 mg/L达到反渗透的进水要求.

The circulating waste water has the characteristics of high hardness and alkalinity.It is easy to cause reverse osmosis membrane fouling and performance lowering.Thus,the coagulation-softening technology was applied to conduct water treatment,and the results were compared with that by other softening methods.The results show that:the conventional lime coagulation and so-dium carbonate coagulation were less effective;mixing sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate was more effective.When the dosage of each softener was 250 mg/L,the calcium,magnesium ions and organ phosphorus of treated water were 0.85 mmol/L,2.44 mmol/L and 0.73 mg/L,respec-tively,which satisfied the inlet water requirements.
