以唐山开滦东方发电有限公司490 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的燃烧系统为研究对象,对1号 CFB锅炉110 MW和140 MW负荷燃烧调整参数进行了对比分析,研究了煤种特性、一次风率、二次风压、返料量等调节变量对床温、飞灰含碳量等被控量的影响规律,可为CFB锅炉机组高效运行提供参考。

Taking the combustion system of 490 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler in Tang-shan Kailuan Dongfang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as the research obj ect,the combustion adj ust-ment parameters of the No.1 boiler at 110 MW load and 140 MW load were compared.Moreover, the effects of such adj ustment variables as coal property,primary air rate,secondary air pressure and recycle stuff amount on controlled variables like bed temperature and carbon content in fly ash were investigated.The results can provide references for CFB boilers'efficient operation.
