对超(超)临界机组国产与进口10 Cr钢制汽轮机转子锻件的各项性能进行了对比试验。研究结果表明:国产和进口锻件的拉伸强度、硬度和金相组织无明显差异,但国产锻件的冲击韧度、断裂韧度明显低于进口材料,持久强度和低周疲劳性能也低于进口材料。应根据国产材料的性能特点,有针对性地制订国产转子的运行监督措施,如合理控制转子的启停次数及启停机时的升/降温速度等。

The properties of domestic 10Cr rotor forging steel used for USC turbine were compared with imported one,including tensile strength,hardness,microstructure,impact toughness,room temperature (RT)fracture toughness,low-cycle fatigue,creep rupture strength.The results indi-cate that properties like tensile strength,hardness and microstructure of the two materials are similar,while properties like impact toughness,RT fracture toughness,creep rupture strength, low cycle fatigue of domestic rotor steel are obviously lower than those of foreign steel.In view of the inferior of domestic steel,special supervision measures should be taken,such as controlling the times of shutdown/startup and warming/cooling rate during that period.
