目的:探讨派力奥在固定矫治中预防牙龈炎与牙龈增生的效果。方法将90例需固定矫治患者按随机数字表分为3组:A组30例固定矫治后仅在刷牙后用生理盐水漱口;B组30例固定矫治后在刷牙后用2%双氧水及生理盐水交替冲洗,龈袋内注入碘甘油;C组30例固定矫治后在刷牙后用2%双氧水及生理盐水交替冲洗,再将派力奥轻轻注入龈袋内,至糊剂溢出为止。龈袋注入药物1次·周-1,持续8周。于配戴固定矫治器前1 d及固定矫治后2、4、6个月对患者牙周进行检查,检测其牙龈指数(GI)及龈沟深度(GD)。结果 C组固定矫治前后GD值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B组固定矫治后GD值较矫治前及C组矫治后均显著增加(P<0.05);3组固定矫治前牙龈炎、牙龈增生发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),固定矫治后A、B组牙龈炎、牙龈增生发生率较矫治前及C组矫治后均显著增加(P<0.05),C组固定矫治后牙龈炎、牙龈增生发生率较矫治前降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固定矫治中使用派力奥能有效地预防牙龈炎及牙龈增生的发生。

목적:탐토파력오재고정교치중예방아간염여아간증생적효과。방법장90례수고정교치환자안수궤수자표분위3조:A조30례고정교치후부재쇄아후용생리염수수구;B조30례고정교치후재쇄아후용2%쌍양수급생리염수교체충세,간대내주입전감유;C조30례고정교치후재쇄아후용2%쌍양수급생리염수교체충세,재장파력오경경주입간대내,지호제일출위지。간대주입약물1차·주-1,지속8주。우배대고정교치기전1 d급고정교치후2、4、6개월대환자아주진행검사,검측기아간지수(GI)급간구심도(GD)。결과 C조고정교치전후GD치비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),A、B조고정교치후GD치교교치전급C조교치후균현저증가(P<0.05);3조고정교치전아간염、아간증생발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),고정교치후A、B조아간염、아간증생발생솔교교치전급C조교치후균현저증가(P<0.05),C조고정교치후아간염、아간증생발생솔교교치전강저,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론고정교치중사용파력오능유효지예방아간염급아간증생적발생。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Perio in the prevention of gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia in fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods Ninety patients who underwent fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 patients in each group. In group A,patients gargled with normal saline after tooth brushing. In group B,2% hydrogen peroxide solution and normal saline were alternately used for dental irrigation and iodine glycerin was placed into the gingival pocket after tooth brushing. In group C,2% hydrogen peroxide solution and normal saline were alternately used for dental irrigation and Perio was placed into the gingival pocket until paste overflow. Drugs were placed into the gingival pocket once per week for 8 weeks. Periodontal examination was performed and gingival index (GI) and gingival sulcus depth (GD) were measured before and 2,4 and 6 months after fixed orthodontic treatment. Results After treatment, the GD significantly increased in group A and group B(P<0.05). No obvious changes in the GD were found after treatment in group C(P>0.05). Compared with group C,the GD significantly increased in group A and group B after treatment (P<0.05). No obvious differences in the incidences of gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia were found among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the incidences of gingivitis and gingi-val hyperplasia significantly decreased in group A and group B (P<0.05). Compared with group C,the incidences of gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia significantly decreased in group A and group B after treatment(P<0.05).The incidences of gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia decreased in group C after treat-ment,but the changes were not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Perio can effectively prevent the occurrence of gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia in fixed orthodontic treatment.
