目的：探讨阿奇霉素与头孢呋辛联合治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的疗效。方法将湛江市赤坎区妇幼保健院收治的小儿细菌性肺炎患儿80例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予头孢呋辛治疗，观察组给予阿奇霉素与头孢呋辛联合治疗，评估2组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、喘息消失时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论阿奇霉素与头孢呋辛联合应用治疗小儿细菌性肺炎能明显地改善临床症状、体征，改善预后，且安全性高。
목적：탐토아기매소여두포부신연합치료소인세균성폐염적료효。방법장담강시적감구부유보건원수치적소인세균성폐염환인80례안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，매조40례。대조조급여두포부신치료，관찰조급여아기매소여두포부신연합치료，평고2조림상치료효과급안전성。결과관찰조환인총유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。관찰조체온회복정상시간、해수해담소실시간、천식소실시간、라음소실시간、주원시간균명현단우대조조（균P＜0.05）。결론아기매소여두포부신연합응용치료소인세균성폐염능명현지개선림상증상、체정，개선예후，차안전성고。
Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined cefuroxime on bacterial pneumonia in children. Methods Eighty bacterial pneumonia children treated in Chikan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhanjiang were randomly given cefuroxime alone (control group, n=40)or in combination with azithromycin(observation group, n=40).The efficacy and safety were eval-uated in both groups. Results Compared with control group, the combined treatment with azithromycin and cefuroxime significantly increased the total effective rate, and obviously shortened body temperature recovery time, cough and sputum disappearance time, wheezing disappearance time, rale disappearance time and hospital stay(P<0.05). Conclusion The azithromycin combined with cefuroxime is a safe treatment and improves clinical symptoms, signs and outcomes in children with bacterial pneumonia.
