对Ni基焊材的20Cr13马氏体耐热钢焊态异种钢接头的组织与力学性能进行了试验研究,分析了此类焊接接头的薄弱部位,提出了工艺改进措施。试验结果表明,焊态异种钢接头的抗拉强度可以达到母材的90%以上,热影响区粗晶区是此类接头的薄弱部位;采用多层多道的小规范焊接工艺并补加焊接回火焊道,可以使20Cr13钢热影响区粗晶区的性能得到改善。
對Ni基銲材的20Cr13馬氏體耐熱鋼銲態異種鋼接頭的組織與力學性能進行瞭試驗研究,分析瞭此類銲接接頭的薄弱部位,提齣瞭工藝改進措施。試驗結果錶明,銲態異種鋼接頭的抗拉彊度可以達到母材的90%以上,熱影響區粗晶區是此類接頭的薄弱部位;採用多層多道的小規範銲接工藝併補加銲接迴火銲道,可以使20Cr13鋼熱影響區粗晶區的性能得到改善。
대Ni기한재적20Cr13마씨체내열강한태이충강접두적조직여역학성능진행료시험연구,분석료차류한접접두적박약부위,제출료공예개진조시。시험결과표명,한태이충강접두적항랍강도가이체도모재적90%이상,열영향구조정구시차류접두적박약부위;채용다층다도적소규범한접공예병보가한접회화한도,가이사20Cr13강열영향구조정구적성능득도개선。
Experimental study on microstructure and mechanical properties of dissimilar steel wel-ded joints of 20Cr13 martensitic heat-resistant steel for steam turbine blade without PWHT were conducted.Moreover,the weak parts of these kinds of j oints were analyzed and process improve-ment measures were proposed.The results show that,the tensile strength of 20Cr13 steel welded joints using Ni base filler metal without PWHT can reach over 90% of parent metal's and coarse grain HAZ are weak zone of the welded joints.Multi-pass welding process of low welding heat input and temper bead should be used with the purpose of coarse grain regions'brittlement reduction.
