为研究升温速率、气氛和粒径对玉米秸秆热解特性的影响规律,在TA-Q500型热重分析仪上进行了相应的热解实验。结果表明:随着升温速率的升高,玉米秸秆的热解速率与峰值温度均增大,总体热解反应过程更集中;氮气气氛下,玉米秸秆的热解DTG曲线仅有1个明显的失重峰,而空气气氛下则表现出明显的双峰,且氮气气氛下热解的总失重量小于空气气氛;随着玉米秸秆粒径的增大,热解的初始温度、峰值温度及终止温度均呈增大趋势,同时最大失重速率也略有增大,但变化并不明显。

To investigate the influence of heating rate,atmosphere and particle size on pyrolysis characteristics of corn stalk,experiments were conducted on a TA-Q500 thermogravimetric analy-zer.The results show that,with an increase in heating rate,the corn stalk's pyrolysis rate and the corresponding peak value increased,and the overall pyrolysis reaction became more concentrated;in nitrogen atmosphere,there was only one obvious weight loss peak on the DTG curve,while in air atmosphere,there exhibit two;the total weight loss in nitrogen atmosphere was less than that in the air atmosphere;with an increase in particle size,the initial,peak and final pyrolysis temper-ature of the corn stalk all increased,and the maximum weight loss rate also increased a little.
