由于环境风速变化的随机性和不确定性以及风电系统非线性、强耦合的特点,如果采用传统PID控制,仅以特定的 PID 参数难以在不同风速下对风力机转速进行实时跟踪控制。在变速恒频双馈风电系统中,针对变速风力机非线性、转动惯量大的特点,根据风力机最大风能追踪特性,在低于额定风速下,提出了风力机转速跟踪的模糊PID控制策略,从而使风力机在最佳转矩下运行。通过仿真试验,验证了模糊PID控制的调节品质,表明其对非线性系统风力机具有良好的控制效果。

As the wind speed is random and uncertain,and the wind power system is nonlinear and strong coupling,only a specific set of parameters in the traditional PID control can hardly achieve the real-time speed tracking for wind turbine at different wind speeds.In the variable speed con-stant frequency (VSCF)doubly-fed wind power system,the characteristics of wind turbine are nonlinear and the moment of inertia is great.According to the maximum wind energy tracking fea-tures,the fuzzy PID control strategy for wind turbine speed tracking below the rated wind speed was presented,so the wind turbine can operate at the best torque.Control effect of the fuzzy PID was verified through the simulation.The results show that it can achieve good control effect in the speed control of wind turbine nonlinear system.
