发展低碳农业既是宁夏沿黄经济区应对气候变化、实现现代农业可持续发展的必然选择，也是当前区域经济转型的重要举措，但与此同时也面临各种障碍和制约。文章阐述了宁夏沿黄经济区低碳农业发展的难点问题，以引起人们关注和重视，并为进一步研究发展策略提供依据。
髮展低碳農業既是寧夏沿黃經濟區應對氣候變化、實現現代農業可持續髮展的必然選擇，也是噹前區域經濟轉型的重要舉措，但與此同時也麵臨各種障礙和製約。文章闡述瞭寧夏沿黃經濟區低碳農業髮展的難點問題，以引起人們關註和重視，併為進一步研究髮展策略提供依據。

The development of low carbon agriculture is not only the inevitable choice for dealing with the climate change and achieving the sustainable development of the modern agriculture in the yellow river economic zone in Ningxia, but also is an important measures for current transition of the regional economy. In the same time it is facing various obstacles and constraints. The difficult problems in development of low carbon agriculture in Ningxia yellow river economic zone are elaborated for attracting people's attention to them. It will provide some basis for further study of the development strategy.
