目的：本文对2011、2012年上海市某区医疗机构记分数据进行分析讨论，通过客观数据反映医疗机构经营性质、记分户次、记分频率、记分理由等方面状况。方法二次资料利用。结果两个年度记分次数、记分值同比下降；经营性质以营利机构为主；记分理由违反行政规章、消毒隔离为多。结论卫生行政部门应强化监管，医疗机构必须加强自律，保障医疗服务市场更为规范有序。
목적：본문대2011、2012년상해시모구의료궤구기분수거진행분석토론，통과객관수거반영의료궤구경영성질、기분호차、기분빈솔、기분이유등방면상황。방법이차자료이용。결과량개년도기분차수、기분치동비하강；경영성질이영리궤구위주；기분이유위반행정규장、소독격리위다。결론위생행정부문응강화감관，의료궤구필수가강자률，보장의료복무시장경위규범유서。
Objective Through the analysis on the adverse credits of medical institutions in a district Shanghai of 2011 and 2012 , to know about the operation natures of these medical institutions , and the times , fre-quency and cause of adverse credits .Method The secondary data is used to analyze the conditions .Results The times and frequency of adverse credits in the year of 2011 is lower than that of 2012 .The profit oriented medical in-stitutions is the major part .The major causes are the violation of the laws and regulations , as well as the disinfec-tion and isolation .Conclusions The health administrative departments should strengthen the law enforcement;Medical institution should strengthen the self -discipline to support the normal order of medical market .
