依据职业岗位能力要求组成课程模块进行教学,设置以工作过程为主线,职业活动为载体,融知识、能力、素质于一体的五模块课程体系;实践课程体系改革中提出“四层次”实践教学体系构建模型,使得学生毕业时既具备职业技术岗位群所需的专业素养,又具有职业岗位的快速上岗能力,实现真正意义上的零距离上岗。
