基于建立一个LED特性参数教学平台的目的,在分析已有的测试方法和方案的基础上,结合虚拟仪器技术和数据采集原理,提出了一套新的测试方案。该方案在提高仪器的精确性、可靠性和低成本的基础上,能够满足学生学习LED特性参数及其测量方法的需求,也对促进我国的LED产业发展具有重要的意义。

Based on the purpose of establishing a LED’s characteristic parameters teaching platform, this paper puts forward a new set of test plan. This plan has been put forward in the analysis of the testing method and solution. The au-thor has combined with virtual instrument technique and collecting data principle. The new scheme can satisfy with sut-dents’ requirement that how to learn LED’s characteristic parameters and measurement methods, and the same time which can improve the test precise, reliability and low cost and can be of great significance on promoting LED industry develop-ment.
