电机温升计算是电机设计的主要内容之一。针对动车组牵引送风机用电机能量密度高，使用环境特殊的特点，对其温升计算提出更高的可靠性要求。因此本文对动车组牵引送风机用电机的热流耦合场进行三维数值计算，得到电机内外部流场的分布情况；电机整体温升情况以及关键零部件的局部温度分布情况，并根据现场试验结果复核验证电机温度的可靠性。
電機溫升計算是電機設計的主要內容之一。針對動車組牽引送風機用電機能量密度高，使用環境特殊的特點，對其溫升計算提齣更高的可靠性要求。因此本文對動車組牽引送風機用電機的熱流耦閤場進行三維數值計算，得到電機內外部流場的分佈情況；電機整體溫升情況以及關鍵零部件的跼部溫度分佈情況，併根據現場試驗結果複覈驗證電機溫度的可靠性。

It was the main part of motor design that the calculation of motor temperature rise, Aiming at the high en-ergy density of motor for traction ventilator of motor car and the characteristics of special environment, we request higher reliability of the calculation of motor temperature rise. Therefore, thermal-fluid coupled filed of the motor is three dimen-sion temperature field calculation. The flow field distribution of the motor, The temperature rise of overall motor and local temperature location of motor main parts were obtained. Finally, due to the test results verify the reliability of the calcula-tion of motor temperature rise .
