目的：通过对某院体检中心受检者的健康管理和干预，分析健康管理在军队疗养院体检中心中对疾病高危人群的健康保护及疾病防治作用和效果。方法对2010-2013年3000名在本体检中心受检者的体检结果进行信息化管理，监测、分析和评估，并对致病危险因素予以健康管理和干预。结果体检人群通过健康管理，代谢异常症状及亚健康人群均得到明显控制，体检异常发生率逐年下降。结论应用健康管理系统对受检者进行健康监控和干预，可以有效地控制和降低亚健康状态和心脑血管疾病危险因素，降低患病率。

Objective Through the implementation of health management and intervention in certain phys-ical examination center , to analyze the effects and function of health protection and disease prevention of health management on the patients at high risk of disease in military physical examination .Methods Examination re-sults of 3 000 cases from 2010 to 2013 were management by information system , and were also monitored , analyzed and evaluated , as well as risk factors for health management and intervention .Results The groups through health management , metabolic abnormalities and health groups have been significantly controlled , declining incidence of abnormal physical examination .Military populations through health management significantly reduced the incidence of physical body injury .Conclusion Health Management Systems for military and non -military people crowd the subjects health monitoring and intervention can effectively control and reduce sub -health status and risk factors for cardiovascular disease , reduce the prevalence .
