为研究鸭疫里默氏菌对诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星等氟喹诺酮类药物的主动外排机制,测定25株鸭疫里默氏菌临床分离株对氟喹诺酮类药物的最低抑菌浓度(M IC ),同时测定加入主动外排抑制剂碳酰氰间氯苯腙(CCCP)后的MIC ,对二者进行比较分析。结果表明,对5种氟喹诺酮类药物耐药的鸭疫里默氏菌比例分别为84%、72%、76%、68%和36%;76%的菌株同时耐受2种及以上药物。CCCP可以使耐药菌对除左氧氟沙星外药物的敏感性增加,提示主动外排在鸭疫里默氏菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制中发挥重要的作用。

위연구압역리묵씨균대낙불사성、은낙사성、배병사성、양불사성、좌양불사성등불규낙동류약물적주동외배궤제,측정25주압역리묵씨균림상분리주대불규낙동류약물적최저억균농도(M IC ),동시측정가입주동외배억제제탄선청간록분종(CCCP)후적MIC ,대이자진행비교분석。결과표명,대5충불규낙동류약물내약적압역리묵씨균비례분별위84%、72%、76%、68%화36%;76%적균주동시내수2충급이상약물。CCCP가이사내약균대제좌양불사성외약물적민감성증가,제시주동외배재압역리묵씨균대불규낙동류약물적내약궤제중발휘중요적작용。
To study the active efflux mechanism of Riemerella anatipestifer for fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQNS ) such as norfloxacin ,enrofloxacin ,ciprofloxacin ,ofloxacin and levofloxacin ,the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 25 Riemerella anatipestifer isolates for FQNS was tested ,and simultaneously the MIC was detected after adding carbonylcyanide-m-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP) .The ratios of the FQNS-resistant strains were 84% , 72% ,76% ,68% and 36% ;76% of strains were resistant to two or more drugs .CCCP increased the sensitivity of the drug-resistant bacteria to FQNS (except levofloxacin ) , indicating that active efflux mechanism played an important role in resistance mechanisms to FQNS in Riemerella anatipestifer .
