Based on horizontal and vertical pressure leaching tank selection problem, the kettle body structure, the effective utilization rate of equipment, kettle in gas-liquid mass transfer properties, equipment investment focuses on four aspects are researched. The conclusion that the adopting vertical autoclave with simple kettle body structure, high effective utilization and the good characters of gas-liquid mass transfer will make a better use, despite more expensive than the horizontal one.
