综述了废弃液晶显示面板偏光片、液晶、ITO膜及玻璃基板的资源化处理。认为:现有的处理技术大多存在不够系统化、处理成本高、附加值低、二次污染等问题,迄今为止还没有一条经济上可行的环保的工艺处理路线。开发出一条无害资源化处理工艺,利用剥离液将废弃液晶显示面板分离为偏光片、ITO膜和玻璃基板,再将其分别资源化利用为有机单体、金属铟和环保轻石,具有环保与资源双重意义。
綜述瞭廢棄液晶顯示麵闆偏光片、液晶、ITO膜及玻璃基闆的資源化處理。認為:現有的處理技術大多存在不夠繫統化、處理成本高、附加值低、二次汙染等問題,迄今為止還沒有一條經濟上可行的環保的工藝處理路線。開髮齣一條無害資源化處理工藝,利用剝離液將廢棄液晶顯示麵闆分離為偏光片、ITO膜和玻璃基闆,再將其分彆資源化利用為有機單體、金屬銦和環保輕石,具有環保與資源雙重意義。

Resourceful treatment of the polarizer, liquid crystal, ITO film and glass substrate of waste liquid crystal display were summarized. The existing processing technologies were not systematic, with high treatment cost, low value-added, two pollution and so on. There was not a resource processing technology of waste liquid crystal display which economically feasible and environmental.The research group developed a resource processing technology of harmless. The waste liquid crystal display was separated to the polarizing film , ITO film and glass substrate using a stripping solution. Then they were resource utilized of organic monomer, indium and environmental light stone, which had double significance in environmental protection.
