中小学教育是我国的基础教育，基础教育的发展离不开中小学教师的发展。近年，关于男女教师比例失衡问题愈演愈烈，中小学尤其严重。自20世纪90年代以来，诸多学者对中小学男女比例失衡问题进行了深入的研究并取得了丰硕的成果。拟就中小学男女教师比例失衡研究的相关成果作一综述，以期提供进一步研究的参考。
中小學教育是我國的基礎教育，基礎教育的髮展離不開中小學教師的髮展。近年，關于男女教師比例失衡問題愈縯愈烈，中小學尤其嚴重。自20世紀90年代以來，諸多學者對中小學男女比例失衡問題進行瞭深入的研究併取得瞭豐碩的成果。擬就中小學男女教師比例失衡研究的相關成果作一綜述，以期提供進一步研究的參攷。

Primary and secondary education is the basic education in our country and the foundation of education life. The development of basic education cannot do without the development of teachers in primary and middle schools. In recent years, the proportion of male and female teachers imbalances intensified, especially in primary and secondary schools. Since 90's of the twentieth Century, Many scholars have conducted in-depth research on the imbalance between men and women in primary and secondary schools and Achieved fruitful results. Results the imbalance between male and female teachers in primary and secondary schools of the study in this paper is summarized, and further research reference.
