作为国家长期优先战略之一，教育事业始终受到国家的高度关注。作为教育事业的核心内容，公共教育服务对实现教育强国、人力资源强国战略目标具有重要意义。文章在科学界定分析“公共教育服务”概念与范畴的基础上，对我国公共教育服务标准化现状进行了梳理，研究提出了公共服务标准体系建设策略，以期为公共教育服务标准化建设提供技术参考。

As one of the national long-term strategic priorities, education always draws high attention. And as the core content of education, public education service is significant to national strategy of education and human resources. Based on the scientific analysis of definition and category of public education service, this paper cards the status quo of public education service standardization, points out the strategy of public education service standards system construction, in order to offer technical reference for public education service standardization construction.
