钢闸门设计缺陷形成的因素错综复杂,对设计缺陷的控制也是项复杂的工作。本文在研究其设计缺陷形成机理的基础上,应用模糊决策理论分析了设计评审点的设置,并对设计缺陷形成因素重要度进行评估,提出了在模糊约束下设计缺陷的最优解决模型。最后以某一闸门设计缺陷解决过程为实例进行说明。

The formative factors of Steel gate design defects are complicated, and therefore it's a complex task to control the defects. In this paper, based on the study in the formation mechanism of Steel gate design defects, the authors analyzed the setting of design review point with the fuzzy decision theory, and assed the importance of the formative factors of design defects. This paper presents the optimal solution model of the design defect under the fuzzy constraints. Finally, the authors took a resolution process of Steel gate design defect as an example.
