本文根据肥城矿区兴杨公司地质采矿条件,深入分析了底板突水注浆改造技术对突水的防治作用,系统研究了注浆改造施工工艺,并以9803工作面为例说明复杂构造松软底板煤层,通过注浆改造结合一定的安全技术措施可以实现煤层的安全回采。实践证明,底板突水注浆改造防治技术措施在肥城矿区取得了良好的效果,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益。
本文根據肥城礦區興楊公司地質採礦條件,深入分析瞭底闆突水註漿改造技術對突水的防治作用,繫統研究瞭註漿改造施工工藝,併以9803工作麵為例說明複雜構造鬆軟底闆煤層,通過註漿改造結閤一定的安全技術措施可以實現煤層的安全迴採。實踐證明,底闆突水註漿改造防治技術措施在肥城礦區取得瞭良好的效果,具有較大的經濟效益和社會效益。

Based on the mining geological conditions of Xingyang mine in Feicheng area, the authors analyzed the safety technical measures for preventing and controlling of water disasters, and carried out a systematic re-search on the grouting reconstruction technology. Taking 9803 working face as an example, the authors explains that the grouting reconstruction, together with a certain preventive safety technical measures, can realize the safety mining under the condition of soft floor complicated coal seam. Practices show that grouting reconstruction mea-sures for preventing and controlling floor water irruption in Feicheng mining area had been proved greatly effective and had enormous economic and social benefits.
