目的：探讨高血铅对幼儿智力发育的影响。方法用 Gesell发育量表分别对33例高血铅儿童和33例对照儿童进行测试。结果不同血铅水平与儿童适应性行为发育商、大运动发育商、精细动作发育商、语言发育商和个人-社交行为发育商呈明显的负相关（均P＜0．01）；高血铅组适应性行为发育商、大运动发育商、精细动作发育商、语言发育商和个人-社交行为发育商比对照组分别落后19．36、12．12、17．76、20．88和14．19分，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0．01）。结论高血铅影响幼儿智力发育，应给予足够的重视。
목적：탐토고혈연대유인지력발육적영향。방법용 Gesell발육량표분별대33례고혈연인동화33례대조인동진행측시。결과불동혈연수평여인동괄응성행위발육상、대운동발육상、정세동작발육상、어언발육상화개인-사교행위발육상정명현적부상관（균P＜0．01）；고혈연조괄응성행위발육상、대운동발육상、정세동작발육상、어언발육상화개인-사교행위발육상비대조조분별락후19．36、12．12、17．76、20．88화14．19분，차이유통계학의의（균P＜0．01）。결론고혈연영향유인지력발육，응급여족구적중시。
Objective To investigate the effect of high blood lead levels on the intelligence in children.Methods The intelligence was determined by Gesell Development Schedules in 3 3 chil-dren with high blood lead levels(high blood lead group)and 33 children with normal blood lead levels(control group).Results The blood lead levels were negatively correlated with adaptive be-havior developmental quotient(DQ),big movement DQ,fine movement DQ,language DQ and per-sonal-social behavior DQ(P<0.01 ).Compared with control group,adaptive behavior DQ,big movement DQ,fine movement DQ,language DQ and personal-social behavior DQ decreased by 19.36,12.12,17.76,20.88 and 14.19 in high blood lead group,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion High blood lead levels can influence the intelligence development of children.Therefore,enough attention should be paid to the levels of blood lead in children.
