目的：探讨乳突段面神经选择性梳理术治疗半面痉挛的疗效。方法16例半面痉挛患者行乳突段面神经选择性梳理术，术后随诊1年，观察临床疗效。结果10例患者经1次手术治愈，3例经2次手术治愈，1年以上随访无复发。3例经3次以上手术仍反复发作，但症状减轻，无永久性面瘫等手术并发症。结论乳突段面神经选择性梳理术简便易行，对半面痉挛患者疗效较好。
목적：탐토유돌단면신경선택성소리술치료반면경련적료효。방법16례반면경련환자행유돌단면신경선택성소리술，술후수진1년，관찰림상료효。결과10례환자경1차수술치유，3례경2차수술치유，1년이상수방무복발。3례경3차이상수술잉반복발작，단증상감경，무영구성면탄등수술병발증。결론유돌단면신경선택성소리술간편역행，대반면경련환자료효교호。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of selective combing of mastoid seg-ment of facial nerve in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods Sixteen patients with hemifa-cial spasm underwent selective combing of mastoid segment of facial nerve and were followed up for 1 year after surgery.Clinical efficacy was observed in all patients.Results Among the 1 6 pa-tients,10 were cured by surgery at the first attempt,and 3 were cured at the second attempt.No recurrence was found in these 13 patients during the follow-up.Hemifacial spasm recurred repeat-edly in 3 patients even after the third surgery.However,the symptoms were alleviated and no per-manent facial paralysis and other complications occurred in the 3 patients.Conclusion Selective combing of mastoid segment of facial nerve is easy to perform and effective for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
