为获得优良的抗根结线虫番茄砧木,采用定量接种和田间调查方法鉴定线虫绝系列砧木的抗病性,结果显示:线虫绝系列番茄砧木在26℃条件下对根结线虫表现抗病,而在33℃条件下其抗性降低,但仍较对照品种金棚1号抗病;田间调查表明,线虫绝系列砧木较抗根腐病,对枯萎病抗性差。日光温室嫁接栽培试验中,线虫绝1号、2号、3号、4号砧木嫁接金棚1号番茄,在生长季中株高、茎节数、茎粗表现均优于对照(CK :不施药自根处理;CK1:施药自根处理),小区产量分别达到166.93、159.23、186.91、185.84 kg ,分别比CK 增产58.05%、50.76%、76.96%、75.95%,另外,3号、4号砧木嫁接处理分别比CK1增产32.33%和31.57%,均达极显著水平,且嫁接后不影响番茄品质。利用线虫绝系列砧木进行番茄嫁接栽培具有较高的推广价值。

Quantitative inoculation and field investigation were used to indentify disease resistance of Xianchong-jue tomato rootstock series .The results showed that the resistance to root knot nematode of Xianchong-jue tomato rootstock series belonged to resistant class at 26 ℃ ,w hile their resistance decreased at 33 ℃ ,but still more resistant than the control Jinpeng 1 .Field investiga-tion showed that the resistance to root rot disease was better ,and to fusarium wilt was relatively lower of Xianchong-jue tomato rootstock series .In the greenhouse cultivation experiment ,the plant height ,stem node number and stem diameter of Jinpeng 1 grafted on Xianchong-jue 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 tomato rootstocks showed better than the controls (CK :Jinpeng 1 without application of drugs , CK1 :Jinpeng 1 with application of drug ) .The plot yields were 166.93 ,159.23 ,186.91 ,185.84 kg ,respectively ,increased by 58.05% ,50.76% ,76.96% and 75.95% compared with CK .The treatments of Jinpeng 1 grafted on Xianchong-jue 3 and 4 increased the yields by 32.33% and 31.57% compared with CK1 respectively ,and the differences were both significant at 1% level . Grafting operation did not affect the quality of tomato fruit .It was of great value to promote the cultivation pattern of grafting using Xianchong-jue tomato rootstock series in tomato cultivation .
