于2011年7月至2013年5月对新乡市牧野湖4个采样点(S1:入湖河道东截止闸处,S2:湖南湾静水区,S3:湖心,S4:下游水轮车处)的轮虫群落结构及水质进行了分析。结果表明,在新乡市牧野湖4个采样点共发现轮虫43种,隶属于7科14属。优势种为针簇多肢轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、壶状臂尾轮虫、角突臂尾轮虫、尾突臂尾轮虫、长三肢轮虫、曲腿龟甲轮虫、蒲达臂尾轮虫。轮虫月均丰度为13~8901 ind/L ,总丰度季节性变化为夏季>春季>秋季>冬季,各季节间差异达极显著水平,空间分布表现为S2>S3>S4>S1。从轮虫角度运用生态学方法及加权综合营养状态指数法对牧野湖水质进行评价,寡污至β中污、β中污至寡污及β中污型轮虫共24种,占总种数的55.8%,生物指数(Q)介于1.5~2.5,营养状态指数(T L Ic)均大于50,牧野湖及其河道整体处于富营养水平。

우2011년7월지2013년5월대신향시목야호4개채양점(S1:입호하도동절지갑처,S2:호남만정수구,S3:호심,S4:하유수륜차처)적륜충군락결구급수질진행료분석。결과표명,재신향시목야호4개채양점공발현륜충43충,대속우7과14속。우세충위침족다지륜충、악화비미륜충、호상비미륜충、각돌비미륜충、미돌비미륜충、장삼지륜충、곡퇴구갑륜충、포체비미륜충。륜충월균봉도위13~8901 ind/L ,총봉도계절성변화위하계>춘계>추계>동계,각계절간차이체겁현저수평,공간분포표현위S2>S3>S4>S1。종륜충각도운용생태학방법급가권종합영양상태지수법대목야호수질진행평개,과오지β중오、β중오지과오급β중오형륜충공24충,점총충수적55.8%,생물지수(Q)개우1.5~2.5,영양상태지수(T L Ic)균대우50,목야호급기하도정체처우부영양수평。
Community structure and water quality were investigated at four different sample sites (S1:east regulatinglock in river channel entering lake ,S2:static water area in south bay ,S3:center of Muye lake , S4:hydraulic car area) from July 2011 to May 2013 in Muye lake of Xinxiang city .The results showed that 43 rotifer species were found ,belonging to 14 genera ,7 families .The dominant species were Polyarthra trigla ,Brachionus calycif lorus ,Brachionus angularis ,Brachionus urceus ,Brachionus caudatus ,Filinia longiseta ,Keratella valga and Brachionus budapestiensis .The monthly average abundance of rotifers ranged from 13 ind/L to 8 901 ind/L ,and seasonal abundance order was summer> spring > autumn > winter .The seasonal differences of abundance were significant . Spatial abundance order was S2> S3> S4> S1 .The water quality of Muye lake was evaluated through ecological methods and weighted comprehensive nutrition state index method according to the rotifers .There were 24 os-β-ms ,β-ms-os andβ-ms rotifer species ,which accounted for 55.8%of the total species ,biology indexes(Q) ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 ,TL Ic values were all above 50 . The water quality of Muye lake and inflow river was in eutrophic level on the whole .
