任何统治者都希望长治久安，这种政治追求必须体现在宪法中，赋予宪法以社会团结功能。宪法的团结功能，决定于宪法要素和结构，和谐、人权、司法化、商谈平台要素，应该置于宪法结构的核心。宪法应该具有民族团结、阶级团结和社会团结功能。改革基层人大代表竞选机制，人权清单宪法化，宪法司法化，是我国宪法增进社会团结功能的必由之路。

Any of the rulers want long period of stability , the political pursuit must be embodied in the constitution , the constitution with social solidarity function .The constitution of the unity function depends on the constitution elements and structure , harmony , human rights , justice and negotiation platform elements should be placed in the core structure of the constitution . The constitution should have national unity ,solidarity and social cohesion function class .The reform of National People's Congress election mechanism of basic list of human rights , constitution and constitutional judicature is the route one must take the constitution of our country to promote social solidarity function .
