通过分析工作面支架记录仪数据,从支架工作阻力频率分布、左右柱受力平衡性及初撑力与末阻力三个角度来分析浅埋煤层大采高支架的选型合理性,并分析了支架偏载与初撑力较小的原因,最终得出该支架能适应工作面的要求。
通過分析工作麵支架記錄儀數據,從支架工作阻力頻率分佈、左右柱受力平衡性及初撐力與末阻力三箇角度來分析淺埋煤層大採高支架的選型閤理性,併分析瞭支架偏載與初撐力較小的原因,最終得齣該支架能適應工作麵的要求。
통과분석공작면지가기록의수거,종지가공작조력빈솔분포、좌우주수력평형성급초탱력여말조력삼개각도래분석천매매층대채고지가적선형합이성,병분석료지가편재여초탱력교소적원인,최종득출해지가능괄응공작면적요구。
Through the analysis of working face support data recorder , from the support working resistance fre-quency distribution , force balance of left&right pillar and the initial supporting force to analysis the selection of rationality of high cutting height support in shallowly buried seam , and analyzed the reason of the partial load and the smaller support setting force , eventually come to conclusion that support can adapt the require-ments of working face.
