提出一种基于遗传算法和有限元分析的优化设计方法。利用基本方程以功率密度、效率、有效成本为优化目标函数,加以考虑电机实际性能特征对轴向永磁电机参数进行优化设计。在此基础上设计了一台1.5 kW双转子定子无磁轭模块化轴向永磁电机。采用磁极偏移的方法有效地抑制了齿槽转矩,并进行了有限元分析,验证了设计方法的有效性。
提齣一種基于遺傳算法和有限元分析的優化設計方法。利用基本方程以功率密度、效率、有效成本為優化目標函數,加以攷慮電機實際性能特徵對軸嚮永磁電機參數進行優化設計。在此基礎上設計瞭一檯1.5 kW雙轉子定子無磁軛模塊化軸嚮永磁電機。採用磁極偏移的方法有效地抑製瞭齒槽轉矩,併進行瞭有限元分析,驗證瞭設計方法的有效性。

An optimization design method of the axial flux permanent magnet machine ( AFPM) was presented, which is widely used in electrical vehicles and other fields. Using the basic equations and choosing power density, efficiency and active cost as the objective function for the optimization, parameters of the axial flux permanent magnet machine were designed with considering the actual performance characteristics. On this basis, a 1. 5 kW double rotor stator yokeless and modular axial flux permanent magnet machine was designed. Significant reductions of cogging torque are achieved by involving magnet shifting and the finite element analysis ( FEA) verifies the effectiveness of the optimization design method.
