针对内嵌式永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制下的重载起动问题,提出了基于相位滞后补偿的高频旋转电压信号注入法,设计了精确观测模型,并对数字滤波器产生的相位滞后进行了准确补偿。该方法将永磁同步电机的无速度传感器控制的应用范围扩展到了零速和低速范围。仿真结果表明,提出的新观测器可以准确观测转子位置,起动瞬间就可以获得大的电磁转矩,实现了永磁同步电机无传感器控制下的重载起动。
針對內嵌式永磁同步電機無速度傳感器控製下的重載起動問題,提齣瞭基于相位滯後補償的高頻鏇轉電壓信號註入法,設計瞭精確觀測模型,併對數字濾波器產生的相位滯後進行瞭準確補償。該方法將永磁同步電機的無速度傳感器控製的應用範圍擴展到瞭零速和低速範圍。倣真結果錶明,提齣的新觀測器可以準確觀測轉子位置,起動瞬間就可以穫得大的電磁轉矩,實現瞭永磁同步電機無傳感器控製下的重載起動。

The sensorless control for heavy load starting of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor ( IPMSM) was investigated. Based on phase lag compensation, a novel high frequency rotation voltage signal injection method was proposed. The accurate observer model and the phase lag angle compensate model were built which extend the application range of sensorless control for PMSM to low speed range, even to zero speed. The simulation results validate the new observer in the sensorless control for heavy load starting of IPMSM is feasible. The new observer can estimate the rotor position precisely, and a large starting torque is produced at the starting instant, and the sensorless control for heavy load starting of PMSM is achieved.
