随着全封闭式气体绝缘变电站( GIS)的广泛引用,由隔离开关操作引起的特快速暂态过电压( VFTO)造成的事故频发。金属氧化物避雷器在限制过电压方面应用广泛,总结了目前应用的4种避雷器模型,运用电磁暂态程序ATP-EMTP分别建立仿真模型,以国内某1000 kVGIS电站为研究背景,分别模拟了在这4种避雷器模型作用下由隔离开关分闸操作引起特快速暂态过电压,得到了过电压的时域波形图,再运用MATLAB对时域波形进行变换得到VFTO的幅频特性图。对比了4种避雷器模型对VFTO的抑制效果,其中第4种模型更加精确,对过电压幅值、频率抑制效果最好。

With the wide use of the all closed gas insulate substation (GIS), the very fast transient overvoltage ( VFTO) caused by the operations of disconnectors has triggered more and more accidents. The metal oxide arrest-er has been widely applied in terms of limiting over voltage. This paper summarizes the current application of the four types of surge arrester model, and builds the corresponding electromagnetic transient program ATP-EMTP sim-ulation models using. Taking a 1000kV GIS in China as a research backgroudne, the very fast transient overvoltage caused by the operations of disconnectors by the action of the four surge arrester model is simulated, acquire the o-ver voltage waveform in the time domain is acquired, amplitude-freequency charateristic diagram is then transfor-ming the time domain waveform using MATLAB. The inhibitory effects of the four types of surge arrester model on VFTO are compared. The results show that the fourth model is more accurate, it can better suppress the amplitude and frequency of the overvoltage.
