为保证某电厂送风机安全有效运行,针对其在额定转速下振动幅值较大并在堕走过程中伴有异常嗡鸣声的情况进行现场振动测试,通过对振动bode图、频谱图、瀑布图进行分析,认为该送风机异常振动和堕走嗡鸣是由轴承故障和叶轮不平衡造成的。通过更换轴承和现场动平衡,消除了异常嗡鸣声并且显著降低了送风机的振动幅值,保证了风机安全有效运行。最后提出了引起送风机异常振动的一般原因,为处理送风机异常振动问题提供了一定的依据。

In order to ensure the effective and safe working of the FD fan in one power plant, aiming at the large vibration amplitude under rated rotating speed and the uttered unusual buzz between speed down time. It can be concluded that the key reason of the unusual vibration and the buzz of this FD fan are bearing fault and unbalance of the impeller through the analysis of Bode figure, spectrum figure and waterfall figure under spot vibration test. By exchanging bearings and spot dynamic balance, the unusual buzz was prominently eliminated and vibration am-plitude was significantly decreased, which can ensure the efficiency of the FD fan. At last, the common reasons leading to unusual vibration of FD are given, which provides certain basis for processing of the vibration.
