介绍了脱硝还原剂的选择,并以600 MW机组为例对尿素热解和水解制氨工艺从技术、经济性两方面进行了分析比较。结果表明,尿素水解工艺在设备投资上比热解工艺投资要低约11%,而且每年运行费用大约要低27%;但从工艺成熟性和运行安全考虑,尿素热解技术要比水解技术更成熟、运行更稳定和安全。研究结果对目前火电厂选择合适脱硝工艺具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。
介紹瞭脫硝還原劑的選擇,併以600 MW機組為例對尿素熱解和水解製氨工藝從技術、經濟性兩方麵進行瞭分析比較。結果錶明,尿素水解工藝在設備投資上比熱解工藝投資要低約11%,而且每年運行費用大約要低27%;但從工藝成熟性和運行安全攷慮,尿素熱解技術要比水解技術更成熟、運行更穩定和安全。研究結果對目前火電廠選擇閤適脫硝工藝具有一定的現實意義和參攷價值。

The selection of denitration reducing agent is described briefly, and a 600 MW unit is taken as an ex-ample to analyze and compare the ammonia production process by urea pyrolysis and hydrolysis from technology and economy angles. The results show that urea hydrolysis in equipment investment is lower about 11% than urea pyrol-ysis , and in the aspect of annual running cost is lower 27%. But taking mature technology and security of operation into consideration, urea pyrolysis is more mature in technology, more stable and secure in operation than hydroly-sis. The research results have certain practical significance and reference value for the current thermal power plant to select the appropriate denitration process.
