目的:观察科迈吸乳器加特定电磁波谱(TDP)治疗器对产后泌乳的应用效果。方法:选取160例产妇作为观察对象,随机分为4组,各40例,对比泌乳护理效果。结果:对照组(1组)泌乳始动时间为(31.02±8.14)h,科迈吸乳器组(2组)泌乳始动时间为(21.07±6.85)h,TDP治疗器组(3组)泌乳始动时间为(29.12±7.56)h,科迈吸乳器加TDP治疗器组(4组)泌乳始动时间为(15.94±4.25)h。应用科迈吸乳器加TDP治疗器乳房照射,产妇的泌乳量明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用科迈吸乳器加TDP治疗器乳房照射,能帮助产后1~3天产妇顺利进行母乳喂养,预防乳汁淤积带来的痛苦和不适,减轻产妇经济负担,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective: To observe the application effect of Comay suction milk plus TDP treatment on postpartum lactation. Methods: 160 cases of pregnant women were selected, and were randomly divided into 4 groups, each 40 cases, lactation nursing contrast effect. Results: In the control group (group 1) the initial time of lactation was (31.02±8.14)h, Comay Breastpump pump group (group 2) milk starting time was (21.07±6.85)h, TDP treatment group (Group 3) milk starting time was (29.12±7.56)h, Comay Breastpump plus TDP treatment group (Group 4) initiating time for milk was (15.94±4.25)h. Application of Kemai Breastpump plus TDP therapy for breast irradiation, lactation and maternal significantly more than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of Kemai Breastpump plus TDP therapy for breast irradiation, can help postpartum 1 to 3 days of maternity smoothly breastfeeding, prevention of galactostasis pain and discomfort, reduce maternal economic burden, improve the rate of breast feeding.
